Kings Bay Inn at Arthurstown, Co. Wexford

Kings Bay is a bay in County Wexford, situated nearby to Arthurstown and Fair Green.

Arthurstown (Irish: Colmán) is a small village in the townland of Coleman in the southwest of County Wexford. Located along the R733 regional road on the eastern shore of the Waterford Harbour estuary. There The Three Sisters (River Barrow, River Nore, and River Suir) flow into the sea.

Located between Ballyhack and Duncannon, Arthurstown is home to a pub and Irish cuisine restaurant Kings Bay Inn where we stopped for dinner.

The Kings Bay Inn is situated just down the road from Ballyhack Castle and the Passage East Ferry. It is a popular stop for many arriving in Wexford from Waterford.

This cozy traditional pub has been serving drinks here for generations, with an extensive bar menu to choose from and lots of delicious baked goods prepared daily.

They also have a large sheltered courtyard area that will bring you back to the early days of Arthurstown.

We were so happy to have found this place after our trip to Duncannon Beach. The fish and chips were excellent and the price was attractive for what we got.
