Kings Bay Inn at Arthurstown, Co. Wexford

Arthurstown (Irish: Colmán) is a small village in the townland of Coleman in southwest of County Wexford.

It is located along the R733 regional road on the eastern shore of the Waterford Harbour estuary, where The Three Sisters (River Barrow, River Nore and River Suir) flow into the sea.

Located between Ballyhack and Duncannon, Arthurstown is home to a pub and irish cuisine restaurant Kings Bay Inn where we stopped for a dinner.

The Kings Bay Inn situated just down the road from Ballyhack Castle and the Passage East Ferry is a popular stop for many arriving into Wexford from Waterford.

This cosy traditional pub has been serving drinks here for generations, with an extensive bar menu to choose from and lots of delicious baked goods prepared daily.

They also have a large sheltered courtyard area that will bring you back to the early days of Arthurstown.

We were so happy to have found this place after our trip to Duncannon Beach. Fish and chips was excellent and the price was attractive for what we got.
