Dublin Circus Project Fire Show was one of the greatest and most spectacular events at Carlow Scarefest 2018.
Moreover, this October Carlow unveiled its first Halloween festival.
So, Scarefest is a brand new Halloween-themed festival taking place in County Carlow from October 26th to November 4th, 2018.
Scarefest events were located in lots of great places around County Carlow.
The festival features a wide-ranging program. From real paranormal investigations in Duckett’s Grove on Halloween night, October 31 at 8:30 pm. What`s more, the historic ruins of Duckett’s Grove are said to be one of the most haunted places in Ireland. And then, a witch trial and spectacular fire shows, and fun family activities.
Events include a “Public Witch Trial” where you can take your seat in the historic Carlow Courthouse on October 28th, in the center of Carlow Town. And watch on as a local woman accused of witchcraft goes on trial before the judge and jury. Hear the harrowing evidence from witnesses complaining of being on the receiving end of the witches’ spells. If found guilty, the witch will be led from the courthouse to the Town Hall. Where she will be burned at the stake, in a fire show crafted by the Dublin Circus Project.
Dublin Circus Project (DCP) is a non-profit organization working to bring the circus arts to life in Dublin.
They presented a night of fire, dramatic music, and magic. On Sunday the 28th of October from 7 pm at Carlow Town Hall.
